| The 2D Echo Pilot FLS (FLS = Forward Looking Sonar) has a large 7 "LCD display. The unit can be both flush mount an bracket mount (when flush mounted it will protrude 18 mm). It has a choise of pro-and standard transducers, including 10 m cable with a platinum-style plug. The unit has a NMEA port, a repeater output, and several other functions. The user can easily &ndash thanks to the "real data" mode &ndash draw conclusions on the soil type. The "interpretation" mode, which indicates the best fit line through the seabed and shades everything below it with color bands which correspond to depth, will make it much easier and comfortable to read and understand. Besides the usual view of foreside and depth, the FLS 2D has a depth only mode. Dimension, overall size (WxHxD): 214 x 127 x 59 mm. |
